First attracted to this knife because of the sheer beauty. Gorgeous Birchwood handle coupled with a stunning 100 layer Damascus design made this knife a must have.
After using for several weeks, I've become amazed at how sharp the edge is, and how long it stays sharp. Nothing like any other knife I've ever used. Great for slicing, chopping, mincing, and peeling. I use this knife for just about everything!

Perfect balance and sharpness
