Use this for my famous cheese dip. Holds its heat. I place it on a large wood board with crackers. This piece in the center wiht chesse melted over the side is something right out of a magazine.

These cute little gratins are mostly for presentation at my house but they do make a nice little personal sized skillet cookie ;) The traditional black matte color matches the innovative cast iron interior and goes well in any kitchen.

These cast iron round gratin dishes are the ideal size for individual servings. Perfect for baking your favorite recipes in smaller portions; chicken pot pie, baked ziti, Shepherd's pie, stuffed shells, etc. Don't forget dessert!

I ordered these to use as individual serving pieces (yes our family eats big). We made lobster mac and cheese and served it in these. I have since found many uses for them - tortillas, naam and pita bread heat ups. I'm thinking escargot next!

This shallow gratin dish with handles makes this a perfect vessel for all things topped with cheese, crumbs, butter!! The handles are a bonus for transporting form stove to oven.

Great for small dish cooking even frying eggs!

This 6" round gratin baking dish can be used from frying an eggs, browning minced garlic, melting butter, individual served spinach cheese dip, caramelizing sugar and etc.

These are great for individual dishes. I make an enchilada casserole that fits perfectly in these baking dishes and the presentation is really impressive. Also great for mac and cheese or any side dish that you want to stay hot and serve separately.

I love tht this is cast iron so I can chill or heat foods and serve them at the correct temp. This is important feature for appetizers, so you don't have to stress and are able to keep focus on neh main event
