These are great for individual dishes. I make an enchilada casserole that fits perfectly in these baking dishes and the presentation is really impressive. Also great for mac and cheese or any side dish that you want to stay hot and serve separately.

These are perfect for gatherings of family and friends. I use them to make a big batch of a casserole and then divide up into individual servings and bake. I also do the same for desserts, such as chocolate chip cookies, but instead of cookies, I make a batch and then divide into the baking dishes, one for each person, or to share. True to cast iron they conduct and distribute heat better than almost anything

Great for small dish cooking even frying eggs!

This 6" round gratin baking dish can be used from frying an eggs, browning minced garlic, melting butter, individual served spinach cheese dip, caramelizing sugar and etc.

This shallow gratin dish with handles makes this a perfect vessel for all things topped with cheese, crumbs, butter!! The handles are a bonus for transporting form stove to oven.

I ordered these to use as individual serving pieces (yes our family eats big). We made lobster mac and cheese and served it in these. I have since found many uses for them - tortillas, naam and pita bread heat ups. I'm thinking escargot next!

These cast iron round gratin dishes are the ideal size for individual servings. Perfect for baking your favorite recipes in smaller portions; chicken pot pie, baked ziti, Shepherd's pie, stuffed shells, etc. Don't forget dessert!

These cute little gratins are mostly for presentation at my house but they do make a nice little personal sized skillet cookie ;) The traditional black matte color matches the innovative cast iron interior and goes well in any kitchen.
