These are perfect for gatherings of family and friends. I use them to make a big batch of a casserole and then divide up into individual servings and bake. I also do the same for desserts, such as chocolate chip cookies, but instead of cookies, I make a batch and then divide into the baking dishes, one for each person, or to share. True to cast iron they conduct and distribute heat better than almost anything

Small Family dish

You can't beat Staub construction and quality. It browns beautifully, releases nicely and the exterior is extremely chip resistant.
This is such an awesome pan to make perfect sides dishes to serve 4 people. Potatoes brown and get crispy, absolutely delicious. It would also be fantastic for a cobbler since it holds its heat so well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Gratin

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a true gratin pan. Yes i know i can use my skillet but the perfect roundness and the size is perfect. The enamel coating inside and out holds up in the oven and under the broiler. I use it for my gratins, roasted veggies and great potatoes.

Such a cute pan!

I have 2 of these pans so that I can cook macaroni and cheese in single servings for me and my husband so that there is as much surface area for the cheese to get nice and crunchy. I am planning on having a dinner party and I need to get more of these!

Side dishes and hot appetizers have a new home in this baking dish! A beautiful presentation and a great way to bake, serve and keep hot any dip or side dish you can think of. I make my individual chicken pot pies in these dishes and individual servings of baked ziti. These also are great for a wheel of baked brie. Clean up is a breeze with the matte black interior...everything washes away almost like non stick. And no need to worry about "seasoning" the iron on these because they are completely sealed in Staub's special coating.
