I love all of my Staub pieces but I am OBSESSED with these minis. All of the benefits of full size Staub just in a smaller size. The enamel coating is inside and out keeping with the traditional matte interior. The braising spices are still featured on the lid. These are full cooking versions but I like to use mine for serving and for holding my salt and pepper in the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Truly a Mini-Version of the Big Boys!

Solid little cast cocotte...can be used for soups, dips, desserts. Beautiful, easy to clean enamel as well. Grab Staub wooden triple-stand too...looks great on table.

These small cocottes are great for mis en place while cooking, for storing your salt by the stove, individual servings for a gathering of friends and family. Oven safe to 900 degrees without the knob and 500 with the knob. Comaptable with all heat sources as well. They are very cute and look great on the dinner table or buffet.

Lovely little vessels thatare designed like the larger cocottes. tyhe size malkes them perfect for sauces, dips spreads and individual side dishes.

Fun to serve individual mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes or peach cobbler. Makes your guests feel so special. Just wish the price was more reasonable to purchase multiples.
