Favorite Santoku

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Santoku is the most versatile knife, and this 5 inch is my favorite one. From the super sharp blade to the comfortable handle, it is a pleasure to use. The lifetime warranty makes it worth spending a bit more for this knife.
