I have the 7-inch Hollow Edge and love it, but wanted a slightly smaller version. This is now my everyday go-to knife. Wonderful quality and a great grip. Looking forward to adding to my collection.

problem over the year's Thayer not keeping a sharp edge. Always kept it the block they came in I youse a fine oil stone. Any ideas .
