Great small santoku

I love a santoku blade and this is a great option for that style. I love how lightweight it is, but also how durable and sharp the blade is. A great multipurpose knife, you can slice, dice and mince with comfort and control with this knife.

This santoku with straight edge is ideally suited for all your chopping needs. The hollow edge or indentations help prevent food from adhering to blade. Comfortable molded handle, nice weight, and long lasting edge retention.

Four Star knives have been around for a long time but continue to be relevant.
This is a great knife to tackle those small veggie projects. The molded handle feels good in the hand and the hollows keep food from sticking to the blade.

I prefer the 5" Santoku to the 7" because my hands are smaller and find this easier to use on a daily basis. It maneuvers well and the handle is comfortable and the knife cuts beautifully thru meats and veggies. The hollow edge means no more using your fingers to clean off the knife!

The Santoku has become one of the most used knives in my kitchen. It is great for meat, fish, and vegetables. German Steel, made in Germany and sharp right out of the box. You will love this knife!

Smaller Santoku Handles Easily

This 5" Santoku is a great size for every day chopping jobs. It is razor sharp with a 10 degree fine edge and hollow pockets to help keep food from sticking to the blade as you slice. Four Star knives are made in Germany from specially formulated steel that will stay sharper longer all while being corrosion, chip and crack resistant.

I had been looking for a santoku that was not so big for smaller vegetable cuts and I have fallen in love with this 5 inch. It has the same quality with a comfortable handle and impressive sharpness.
