Professional looking knives

I used it on cutting a lemon for the first time and it went through like butter. I purchased these knives because of their reputation and so far I am happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the self sharpening block, the knives are easy to handle and I always wanted to own a set of Henckels. I have used Henckels on my jobs. I am a cook have been in food service for 53 years and finally I have decent knives.
