Not my grandparents knives

Great Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set is beautiful and super sharp! I've used the Santoku knife on my vegetables and boy does it handle them nice and clean. No ragged edges! Cut through sweet potatoes effortlessly. I would have given 5 stars but the knife holder has a significant gauge on the back. These were a gift for me and I love them.
