IN LOVE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new Henckels knives. I’ve been using (what I now know to be) incredibly dull knives for the last several years. Chopping and dicing in the kitchen felt like a chore, and took much longer than anticipated. With my new knives preparing food in the kitchen is a joy and much more efficient! I would recommend to anyone.

Top of blades are sharp

I noticed the first couple of times I used these knives whe chopping veggies, I’d have a small paper cut like cut on my finger . It must be the way I use the knife , but it’s from the top of the blades . I used a stone to dull it out a little bit . Hopefully it worked .

Best knife set I’ve owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this item set for a self-gift. I don’t regret it. Definitely a grade up from previous sets I’ve owned. I love the self sharpening system included in the block. Note though, it only helps maintain a sharp knife and does not sharpen a dull knife that needs a good burr.
