Great Set of Knives that Stay Sharp!

I love the selection of knives in this block because I wanted both a chef's knife and santoku knife for vegetables. It is great that there is a picture of what knife goes where on the top of the block because it makes it so easy to put the knives back if I take out more than one knife at a time. I love not having to think about whether or not my knives are sharp because I know they always are and it has made cutting so much easier!

Everything you need

This block is everything you need for the kitchen, and you get a santoku and chef knife, which is always a plus! This block keeps my knives sharp after every use. I don't have to worry about sharpening because it is done for me! Also, the wood is so pretty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great concept

I wasnt sure how I felt about the look of this block set. the metak top made it seem so industrial, but when i realized the benefit of having the self sharpening, the appearance faded away. I love knowing that every time I go to cut, slice, chop, pare my knife is as ready as I am. I wish there was a way to make the slot for scissors a scissors sharpener but that's a tall order Im sure! the selection of knives in this set are just perfect for my needs and the quality is fantastic!

Great to have self sharpening block

This set includes both a santoku and a chef's knife which is great because those are the two most useful knives for chopping and cutting. Paired with all the other knives and shears in this block you have everything you need. Each blade has it's own slot to ensure perfect sharpening with every use. I love the silver caps on the end of the handles, it gives these stamped knives and upgraded look.

Handsome knives in a modern looking block that feel good in the hand, are very sharp and has every knife you could ever need.
The self sharpening is an added bonus to this block providing you with a sharp knife every time it's pulled out of the block!

Knives Stay Sharp

Compact and beautiful block. A metal end cap and three rivets gives these knives a nice weight and balance. All the essential knives are included, whether you're a rocker or chopper. I love that they are sharpened every time I pull them out or replace them.

A great set w/ self-sharpening function, which saves time and pulling out my sharpener or honing steel. I love that this set has a Santoku, which was the selling point for me. I use this set daily & looks great on my counter.
