[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first High end kitchen knife, and man am I glad I bit the bullet and bought it. It is extremely sharp and well balanced. Super smooth and comfortable knife to use in the kitchen. Probably a little more knife than needed for only cooking for one person, but if you’re into cooking you know how nice it is to have top tier tools to cook with makes cooking fun and enjoyable. Over all if you enjoy cooking and don’t mind forking out the money this is a wonderful knife

Gorgeous knife with a sharp edge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is absolutely gorgeous from the handle to the blade! It fits nicely in the and is great someone like myself who is left handed because they sharpen both edges of the knife. It retains its edge well and I also have knife magnet board which I keep it on at home which is also amazing. The 7 inch is the perfect length for prepping vegetables or meat for a quick meal or large amounts of ingredients due to the shape of the handle.
