This thing is an absolute laser. The knife feels absolutely fantastic in hand, and just glides through anything so smoothly. I can’t wait to bring this to work to watch it truly shine. Gorgeous overall product.

Excellent knife with an excellent edge. This is my third Miyabi and I love it. The grip, the balance, and the overall feel of the knife are excellent. I look forward to adding the next one to my collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is extremely sharp and exceptionally beautiful. I like the rocking santoku for things such as parsley and garlic. It makes cutting veggies a pleasure. I would recommend this knife to chefs and skilled home cooks as well.
