Awesome heavy duty knofe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is perfect, especially it’s quality to stay sharp for a long time. The only part I dislike is how delicate the knife’s surface is when it needs to be sharpened. I have to hold a knife at a very particular precise angle whilst sharpening, otherwise the beautiful pattern on it is going to be wiped out. I wish that beautiful pattern can be held stronger, otherwise (if smothered) the knife is losing its finesse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 7” Santoku with the maple handle is first of all, stunning. Secondly, the edge is razor sharp and it fits perfectly in my hand. I love the design as it easily glides through whatever I am cutting. Worth every penny.
