This is the BEST Henckel Four Star knife I own! I use it frequently. When I was stationed overseas I bought a double set of everything at the BX. I am so glad I did! They make cooking so enjoyable! Just have to keep them sharp!

Excellent knife. I have had mine for almost 20 years and with occasional sharpening, it’s still like new. Bought one as a gift for my sister after trying to carve a Thanksgiving turkey with a really poor one at her house. We’ll be all set for next year with this beauty!
