As with all my other Henckles that I have used for 30 years- nice balance, perfect handles and easy to keep razor sharp! What more can you ask of a knife?

To carve a turkey or roast into perfect thin slices you need a blade that is very sharp, long and thin; Four Star has all that!
Four Star is made in Germany, forged from high carbon German steel and is guaranteed to last a lifetime just like the Pro knife. Its fine edge is razor sharp (15 degree edge angle, most are 20) and will have amazing edge retention. The molded handle is the perfect for a carving knife. Its light weight ensures your hand won't get too tired after carving your Thanksgiving turkey.

Bought this knife as a replacement for a knife I broke that was part of a set. This replacement was so beautiful it makes the rest of my set look old! Might have to buy a new set now!

This Four Star knife is a fantastic option if you're looking for a quality carving knife. What I really like about Four Star knives is how comfortable the handles are and how perfectly they balance the whole knife. The small but full bolster also allows for the most controlled grip while the durable blade is sure to stay sharp for a long time.

Reliable for carving meats. Perfect for your large Roasts!! Long, lean and sharp!! Handle is smooth and feels comfortable in your hand.
I also like to use this knife for robust vegetables.. Its also a go to for slicing watermelon and honey dew melons.

This slender blade makes an easy task of slicing turkey, leg of lamb, ham, etc. Comfortable molded handle and bolster for control. Long lasting edge retention.
