The Greatest Knifes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of these knives is impeccable! This is the last knife to add to my complete set. I have been using the 4-Star knives (daily) for the last 10 years and they are still as impressive as the first day I used them.

The Four Star Carving knife is great for slicing all types of beef, pork and poultry. Made in Germany, the bolster is comfortable, adds weight balance, and safety. The molded handle protects the 3/4 tang which is extremely durable, but lighter than the full tang, which I prefer when using the back and forth carving motion.
The blade stays sharp and is stain resistant. Can also be put in the dishwasher, which I'm against, but some other household members don't find it to be a problem. Easy to maintain with regular honing, and occasional sharpening. No longer dread Thanksgiving and other Holidays.

Best carver I ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp knife that is comfortable in my hand. The handle, though of synthetic material, is well attached to the blade, unlike my Japanese knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a retired butcher, I use the 8”Zwilling carving knife at home on a daily basis. I love it. It is versatile, keeps a great edge and sharpens easily. I have had my Zwilling knives for 15 years and they never let me down.
