The perfect carving knife for turkey and meats. Love the way it slices just the way we want it. Good size and well made of German Steel. Never water spots.

Four Star has a really nice feeling handle. Is easy to grip even when wet and works with smaller hands. Premium German Steel, made in Germany, ice hardened to hold an edge longer these knives are ready to take on the toughest challenges in the kitchen. This slicing knife is a great addition to your knife collection. Makes cutting sausage, turkey, chickens and roasts a breeze.

This knife came in my set and I’m happy it did. We do a lot of smoking. This knife is sharp and slices through large portions of meat easily. The handle feels perfect in my hand. Very versatile not just for carving!

The quality and durability of Four Star knives is second-to-none! The Friodur process maintains the sharp edge of the blade along with durability and rust-free for years. The craving knife can be used for so much - not just meats, although slicing meats is a dream with this knife!

Don't use your chef's knife to carve your roast, treat yourself to a carving knife. A carving knife is much thinner than a chef's knife enabling it to carve thinner more precise slices. Four star knives have a very comfortable nonslip handle that fits great in your hand and they are forged for a sturdy feel while slicing.

We have several carving knives, including this one, and they all get pulled out during the holidays. This knife is made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. It is razor sharp and can get through any meat you can think of. Don't worry if you hit a bone, the blade has been ice hardened so super strong.

This is a great size for a carver. The blade is long enough and the right width for carving a roast , a turkey or ribs. the steel is exceptional and the moulded handle feels comfortable and light weight.
