Extremely good value

Rock solid meat cleaver. Good with chicken and smaller pork and lamb bones, not good for full on butchery work. However, if you're looking for a good meat cleaver at an affordable price, you can't go wrong here. It is stamped from quality German steel and made in Solingen. Great workmanship on the full tang, triple riveted handle. I strongly recommend hand washing so it looks like new for as long as you own it.

This Meat Cleaver is made of ice hardened non-stain carbon steel. Don't have to use a cleaver often, but this is a good size and very durable.

I use a cleaver for breaking down a chicken, not a task I do every day; so the cost of this makes it very appealing. It has a great weight and heft making it the perfect tool for chicken bones. The handle is comfortable and weighted well too; love the durability of the three rivets. Made from high carbon German steel, it stays really sharp.

A great tool for cutting meat from bone, when needed. We are not big meat eaters, but when we do, we eat chicken, turkey or duck or once awhile, ham. This cleaver works well for them all! Cuts right thru, with no problem. Made in Spain with the Friodur process so that means sharp edge and durable.

A meat cleaver may not be your most used knife but it is really great to have the right tool for the job when you need one. Not only is it good for piecing chicken and cutting large pieces of meat but it also works well for chopping tough vegetables or large heads of lettuce. Dicing and scooping what you've diced into your cooking vessel is made easy with the flat broad blade.

A stamped construction from Spain, this is a great mixture of a lightweight knife with quality and affordability. It will do the work for you with its' sharp blade and will not disappoint.

Cleavers are wonderful for cut up whole chickens, chicken wings, and ribs. Great addition to any kitchen. This Gourmet cleaver has a good weight and a sturdy handle.
