Nice large ice hardened cleaver

This is a really nice stamped Cleaver. The steel is really durable for a stamped knife since the high carbon stainless steel was ice hardened, helping give the knife a longer and sharper edge than most stamped blades. This is a large blade, great for chopping and slicing large pieces of meat, fruit, vegetables or fish. The handle really contours nicely in my hand as well. A great comparable knife if you like the look of the Zwilling Pro collection, but want a budget friendly price point.

One Tough Meat Cleaver

This knife is tough and get through any bones, even the big ones. Its made from German Special Formula Steel so durable for life. So sharp, goes through tendons and gristle easily.

For a lighter weight cleaver, turn to this Gourmet Classic version. A comfortable grip and sharp blade make heavy duty prep tasks a little bit easier.

This is a great tool for chopping lots of meats and vegetables . It will easily chop whole chickens into pieces as well as finely slice meats and vegetables for stir fry preparations. Very sharp, durable blade. the wide body is awesome for smashing garlic and ginger.

Excellent for cutting through bones and tendons. Easily break down a chicken or slab of ribs. Comes in handy for cutting hard squash and smashing garlic.

Good meat cleaver for the price. Nicely weighted for cutting through bone with a secure feeling handle this knife can tackle any of those tough cooking projects. Made from stamped premium German steel this will hold it's edge for a very long time and resist chipping.
