[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love overall design and the natural look and feel of handle. Put some of my other Japanese knifes in block as well. The katana edge of these new knifes goes through food like a laser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally decided to splurge a little and upgrade our old Henckels knives. These Miyabi Birchwood knives are simply gorgeous!! And they are incredibly sharp (9 degree cutting edge), making any chopping or cutting task a breeze.
