I received a Miyabi Birchwood knife set as a birthday gift, and it has quickly become one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. The craftsmanship is exceptional, from the beautiful birchwood handles to the flawless fit and finish throughout the set. What stands out most is the balance—each knife feels comfortable, precise, and effortless to use. I primarily prepare vegetables and fish, and the razor-sharp edge and excellent control make those tasks a pleasure.
