Miyabi Birchwood knives are AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this knife set gorgeous, it’s functional, durable and by far the sharpest I’ve ever used. And the Rocking Santoku is fantastic and so easy to use - it’s as if it’s doing the job without me. I highly recommend this knife set. It will not disappoint .
