[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are insanely sharp and effective. I can't believe I've been using such dull, sub-par knives. I'm forever changed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a number of knife sets over the years, and these are by far the best I’ve ever owned. Extremely high quality, sharp, and beautiful.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Birch handle feels right and very smooth. Just need to oil and wax it. It is a nice upgrade in the kitchen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the Miyabi knife set is evident when you first see these knives. Beautiful craftsmanship that is rare and worth every penny paid.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the 7Piece miyabi birchwood block set and it is absolutely gorgeous such a stunning piece that looks gorgeous on my countertop. The precision and sharpness in which these knifes cut and slice is like no other definitely worth the investment. We will have these knives for life and pass them down to our children...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are an incredible work of art. If you love to cook and are looking for knives in this price range, these are worthy of trying out. Definitely give them a test run at a local knife shop to ensure these knives are comfortable for you. Also, be aware you should treat these handles prior to use. Otherwise, you could stain them quite easily, due to the nature of the light birchwood. This would be the case for other manufacturers with light wood handles, too.
These knives are extremely sharp out of the box. I am extremely happy with the quality of this set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing knives and high quality. The handles are porous so I would recommend treating them with mineral oil and then wax to seal it
