Sharpest knife I own

Great starter set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Henckels 2-piece Prep Set. Moving to a new space where I don’t have much kitchen items yet they set is perfect size to start cooking with. I tackled a watermelon with it and it did a great job. I would normally use the biggest knife had but in this case since the knives are so sharp it worked really well.
