At the price point this Prep Set is excellent. As long as you use for fruits and vegetables, you won't be disappointed - my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp! Light weight and easy to use. I have other Henckels knives that I have used for about 25 years but one just disappeared one day. So the paring knife with this set is a great replacement
