WOW - What a Knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is serious - phenomenal for slicing any cut of meat we send its way. Not a carving knife, but that wasn't the reason we purchased it. The blade is BEAUTIFUL, the pattern, the finish, and the steel. Such a pleasure to use, and what a statement piece. With cooking being a passion, this is such a worthwhile investment.

Replacement knives better than expected

I just unpacked a box of Kramer knives. I had sent knives in to be sharpened and the post office lost my parcel. Shout out to Knife Aid who replaced my beloved Japanese knives with a selection of Bob Kramer Meiji cutlery. The quality is readily apparent. The weight and balance are excellent and the sharpness right out of the box is exactly what I expected. I loved the knives that were lost but these are very very impressive. I look forward to making many meals with these and eventually passing them on to my sons.
