I live alone so this is the perfect size for making smaller casserole portions. Cooks beautifully in oven and food always comes out perfectly. I have several Staub cookware pieces and this is one of my favorites. Also good for warming up leftovers in oven

Adorably perfect. Staub mini cocottes can be used for anything. My kids love chocolate lava cakes in these, we have many. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly and will hold heat for hours.

Petite dutch ovens can offer an opportunity to cook and serve warm, sauces, spreads and small side dishes. The Cast iron also works well cooling and serving cold dishes and the material keeps the temperature where you want it.

I love this size and use them for individual servings of soups, mac 'n cheese, chili, the possibilities are endless! The black enamel interior makes them very easy to clean by handwash. I like to collect them in different colors to liven up the table settings!

Scaled down version of the larger, durable cast iron Staubs. Use for soup or sauces..it's enameled outside & in for consistency and easy clean-up.

Great French onion soup crocks

This mini pot is the perfect size for a serving of French onion soup and melting cheese on top of the soup is easy because the cast iron is such a good conductor of heat. The handles are helpful to take in and out of the oven. Clean up is a breeze because of the enamel on the cast iron.

Wonderful size for anyone living alone. Holds about 16 ounces of liquid. Perfect for both cooking and re heating. The cast iron enamel holds the heat and has fantastic absorption properties making it perfect for cooking all types of grains and rice. Oven safe up to 500 degrees, makes it even more useful, and a pleasure to cook with and serve from.
