Very functional for everyday kitchen use but exceptional performance when dealing with fish. 10/10, very happy with the purchase and look forward to a long use life.

When I would visit I did a lot of the cooking and I fell In love with this knife. So she gifted me one for my birthday and I love it! she had had hers for over 4 years and it is still as sharp as ever.

This knife is well balanced, holds great sharpness, and estetically a beautiful knife. I am 100% happy with my gift. This is an AMAZING KNIFE!
