Love almost everything about it. Flexible but strong blade, even cutting distribution, solid balance.
The handle is beautiful but kind of an odd shape, not the most comfortable but not terrible.

Beautiful birchwood pattern, excellent edge, I received this knife as a gift to replace a Wustof Classic and now i feel like I not only have a good kitchen knife but something that is also nice to look at, and keep for a long time. grazie mille

I love the look and the feel of the birchwood handle, the blade is beautiful, the edge is very sharp, i love using it, Miyabi knives are the only ones i use...
