I’ve been looking at knives ever since I got moved into the kitchen at my job. A lot of the guys/girls use Japanese knives so I went to a Zwilling store near my job. As soon as I held this knife I knew it was the one. Light weight, SHARP, beautiful. I had to buy it. Can’t wait to use it at work and show it off a little

This is a best knife. I have 7 Japanese knives and this Birch Miyabi is the one I prefer most. It is perfectly balanced and comfortable for long cutting times. So far it’s holding its edge well.

Everything about this knife is over the top. Had a chance to cut up a bunch of tri-tip and makes slicing an art. Excellent knife

This knife is fantastic! It is truly the finest knife I have ever owned! The blade is strong and glides through everything with ease! Also, its design is beautiful and acts as a statement piece in my kitchen. I really feel like a professional chef when I use it!

This knife is absolutely an heirloom knife that you can be proud to pass down. The build quality of damascus steel and birchwood are not only beautiful but are the highest quality standards. This knife is the kind of knife you will want to display as a focal point in your kitchen. Every person that has come into my kitchen stops to comment on it.
The sharpness of this knife is unmatched. I use this everyday for the last 2 months and is still glides threw everything like butter.
The only downside is you might have to learn how to let the knife do the work.😂
