beautiful knife, you can tell it's hand sharpened because the bevel isn't symmetrical left and right. It arrived push-cut sharp.

I purchased at a store in Allen Texas and I was sold the moment I tested the knife in the store.
The cuts are smooth and easy and makes my food prep a breeze. For a home cook this was a splurge, but this knife was well worth the price.
