Looks stunning. Pretty Handle. Damascus pattern blade. Everything.
Back of blade lands pretty flat. Not much rock. Better for the push cut style I learned on my 2001 Swilling Henkel. Also fantastic for straight up/down quick chopping due to the light but strong blade.
Handle fits my hand nicely. Still not sure if I should oil it. Many Birchwood owners leave it alone, making sure to dry it after using.

Received this knife as a replacement for an older knife that was unfortunately damaged and no longer in stock, as with my original Miyabi I couldn't be happier with the quality of the blade. Beautiful piece that I would recommend to anyone.

Finally upgraded my knife game
