Great knife !

This is the 4th knife I’ve used as a private chef. I travel to different areas with the client and don’t won’t to check my knife bag. This is my all time favorite chefs knife, light and sharp!

Very Sharp! Very Nice. It handles well. I also like the weight of the knife. It's not too heavy. This is my first Japanese chef knife and it won'y be my last. I also purchased the Miyabi knife sharpener and that does magic too! I also recommend to go into an actual store and try it for yourself before you buy any knife, especially how it feels in your hands.

This is a great knife. Our first professional Japanese knife purchase and we love the light weight. The handle feels great in both my husband and my hands. The knife was sharp out of the box. This is the start to our Miyabi collection. Very happy we purchased.
