Lovely graduation gift

I needed a nice chef knife after graduating culinary school this spring. I'm so excited to use my Miyabi everyday, the edge holds nicely and is very light weight. It doesn't callous my hand or cramp it after a long day in the kitchen. Not to mention the knife is pretty enough to bring with me when I do private events!

Exquisite knife! This blade is awesome to look at. The birchwood is beautiful against the rivet. It is razor sharp edge makes cutting the best part of cooking!

Ridiculously high quality. Feels great in the hand. The texture of the birch handle is addictive. Not cheap by any means but true craftsmanship never is. I love it.

This birchwood chef is incredible. It looks so much better in person than the picture show where you can see all of the fine details. The weight is good so it can be used for a long time without causing any strain.

Beautiful look and handling. Sharp and keeps it's edge. Not too hard that it chips like crazy. It's a great home knife. Would've liked this knife in other handle options
