Beautiful Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing knife, weighted well. Cuts like butter. Hand wash only. I primarily use wusthof knives but had to try this after seeing a Miyabi factory tour on Paolo from Tokyo on YouTube.

Beautiful and Sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Zwilling Pro-S line for years. This knife takes it up to a new level. As a result of the Japanese style construction and narrower angle of edge, it is much sharper. So far, it holds the edge very nicely, but time will tell. It is also very lightweight an beautiful. It's a pleasure to hold an use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this knife for a short time but I’m quite impressed. Apart from being beautiful, it feels fantastic in my hand and is incredibly sharp. I added some butcher block oil to the handle and the wood grain really popped out.
