Every time I use it I’m actually giddy about how smooth of a cut it is. It’s effortlessly smooth and it’s amazing. I would recommend it over and over again.

New knife day!!!

This is my new one and it is holding up to expectations wonderfully. Gorgeous knife and sharp enough to scare the new guys.
