Amazing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always been a wusthof ikon fan, but wanted to go with a knife that upholds that same standard(maybe even better) and more visually appealing where i display my knives at home. Got a great deal on this during the holidays and i am amazed at performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sharp! And the aesthetics of it is absolutely wonderful to look at. I love it. For those who do any cooking they know that a sharp knife is a safe knife. Where as a dull knife becomes a very dangerous knife. This is already happened to me with other knives of lesser value. Trying to cut a tomato and it slipped off the edge of the tomato and cut my hand. Not a pretty sight. Thank you for making such a wonderful working and aesthetically beautiful Knife. You get what you pay for.

This knife is by far the most beautiful knife I have ever owned. The edge retention is incredible even in a professional kitchen it holds its edge far longer than my other knives. This is a knife I wanted for years and after finally pulling the trigger I wish I had done so many years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just went through Thanksgiving with it and it performed well for big and small tasks. Dicing for stuffing, separating cooked turkey into perfect section, slicing while leaving the crispy skin in place. Also I treated the birch wood handle before use with hemp oil and beeswax and the grain and color really pop. Beautiful.
