The best knife in the World

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceptionally beautiful. Easily the sharpest knife out of the box I have ever used. Very lightweight which makes prep work a breeze. Handle came in raw so I treated it with some mineral oil to help preserve it and prevent warping from water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great knife! Handle might be high maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is razor sharp and beautiful. The attention to detail is meticulous. The handle was very comfortable and I appreciated how it is made of real wood. However, I wish it came preseasoned/pretreated to keep out moisture for the initial uses, even if it requires continued upkeep later on. The handle easily absorbs moisture, even if you quickly wipe it dry. So although it is very beautiful wood, even one drop of water will get rid of the original smoothness and sheen of the wood. You have to be really careful to keep it dry and not stain it with whatever you’re cutting.
