The best knife you’ll ever have.

It’s laser sharp, super lightweight, and perfect balanced.
As every Japanese knife, it demands more care than western knives. But, once you make the change, you’ll never go back to western knifes.
Worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had it terribly long, but I'm told not cut to bone or frozen stuff or it'll shatter. It cut my apple nicely. I chose this one over others because of the length of the blade, and it feels like it glides over cutting surfaces.
