[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredibly beautiful knife. The workmanship on the hard sharp steel is outstanding. The birch wood handle has a soft feel with a very comfortable feel. Not only is the functionality there but it is pleasant to the eye.

Amazing knife

I started cooking a few years back and have had a handful of different knifes and finally decided to get a Miyabi knife and it’s changed everything. The knife is incredibly sharp and light and makes everything so much easier.
