[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me this knife for my birthday and I absolutely love it! The blade is very sharp and cuts through fresh vegetables like butter and the raindrop patterned Damascus in the blade is gorgeous! The handle is also very pretty and comfortable in my hand. I do all of the cooking and prefer making everything from scratch so I will be using this knife almost every night for years and years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the packaging of the knife is stellar. Very well organized and everything fits snugly in the box. There knife itself is a work of art. Stunningly beautiful and with care, will stay that way for many years. Right out of the box sharpness, one of the sharpest knives I have owned. I love the birchwood handle, but will be treating it with linseed oil and varnish to protect the knife and enhance its beauty.
