Beautiful, super sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely the best knife I have ever owned. The birchwood is beautiful and comfortable to hold. The Damascus steel blade is stunning. Note: make sure to use a softer cutting board to maintain your blade longer.
