[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most beautiful, elegant knife I own. We live in a coastal community and the is my go to knife for preparing fresh sushi. My only issue is trying to decide which knife I should add to my collection next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use, have the perfect sweet spot, recommended by the store owner, super sharp. Handle a bit heavy hence wont stay on their own magnetic board (sold separately) hence 4 stars
