Drop dead gorgeous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blade is thin, stiff and scary sharp. Handle has a mosaic pin in a ergonomic grip. Can’t wait to put it into service with my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely stunning knife, I spent half an hour just admiring it's beautiful handle. Then I went to cut some tomatoes that had been sitting out and it absolutely tore through them with zero force whatsoever. I tried all the different miyabi line chefs knives and this felt the most comfortable in my hand, and it handles extremely well and I can have complete precision in the kitchen. Highly recommended!
