Incredibly sharp blade with great edge retention and gorgeous Damascus patterning. Get one for yourself and experience the joy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great knife if you are looking for a Japanese knife. I have always had German knives and this is my first Japanese one and I love it. It is much thinner and lighter and can cut thinner slices because of the shape. Highly recommend.

My First High-End Knife
