Amazing simply amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have inly had entry level knives for a very long time, a friend suggested I cbeck this one out. I wish We had purchaed this years ago. Cut so smooth holds an edge so well. Not to mention this thing is just beautiful! We got a magnetic wood block so we could display this knife on the wall.

I’ve used a German chef’s knife for years, and love it dearly; however, the thinness, lightness, and control of this knife is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and I’ll never again use a German knife. I am EXCITED to cook and use this knife, it’s that good. The price may be higher than other knives, but trust me – it’s worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to begin. It’s smooth, the perfect weight, feels great in my hand and makes chopping a breeze. Nothing worse than pulling out a knife that requires elbow grease while cutting veggies. That is never an issue with this knife. Wash and use properly and this knife will last you a very very long time. Blade is delicate so be careful who you trust to use it!
