Absolutely stunning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased several different styles in different lines of Miyabi knives, including the Mizu 240mm Kiritsuke, Artisan 210mm Gyutoh, Koh 180mm Rocking Santoku, Black 140mm Santoku. Each knife has their own purpose and are beautifully crafted works of art. The Birchwood is unique and grows even more beautiful with age and use. I did not want another block set, but I would choose the Birchwood if I had to decide on one set to use forever.

Sharp Knife, Great Edge Retention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jumped the gun. This knife is so sharp, lightweight and very beautiful that I had to put it away (almost a year) and go back to my beater knife. Now I feel much more confident in using it. It would be nice if all these cuts would heal faster. :) i'm slowly working on a Miyabi set of professional knives. Thanks for your well crafted and long lasting products.

Beautiful knife that came in great condition from Zwilling. Sharpest knife I’ve had right out of the box. It does feel a tad light compared to other knives especially German knives. No complaints. It’s certainly a great knife to use and admire.

I read multiple reviews on this knife and watched over 20 videos on it! And with all the being said it has finally arrived and I am not dissatisfied!
