Superb workmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vegetables retained their flavor and soul. Additionally, I cooked them on a clay pot over flame. Miyabi brought glory to food and eating with clean slices and cubes. I would have preferred the handle to be thicker in the middle though.
