[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most beautiful knife I’ve ever seen. I am not a professional chef, but I love to cook, and this knife slices through all the vegetables and all my meat like butter and very little effort. Very comfortable to hold, I just hope I can sharpen it with my new Whetstones. Looking forward to years of chopping and cutting now I will set my sights on a paring knife next.

The Gift that Keeps on Giving

My father, who is now deceased, gave me a full set of these knives, as he knew that I cooked a lot. He shared that same hobby and loved to cook. I am especially proud, he came from a time period where it was not so customary. The quality is simply define. Thank you for such a great product.
