My favorite knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the shun premier chef knife as well as the wusthof ikon chef and miyabi is by far the sharpest and cleanest cut among the 3. The craftsmanship of the knife is superb and the knife is beautiful in my finger tips. If I can have one knife this is the main one I always go to. The others are beaters that I use for things I worry could damage my miyabi.
