Sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first knife I received was bent thus I sent it back. Today I finally received my second one and it looks fantastic. I tried cutting a magazine paper and this just goes right through without any catching. Out of the box, it might even be sharper than my carbon zKramer. I haven’t had it for a full day yet so cannot comment on the durability and edge retention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife is gorgeous, and reasonably sharp out of the box. Handle needs to be treated though (mineral oil or similar food-grade finish) or it could dry out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is lovely, the design and the birch wood handle make for a very pretty knife. It is also excellent quality and the best chef’s knife I have used. It cuts perfectly and is a essential piece in any kitchen! I didn’t realize how great cutting with a quality knife was, but I feel like I enjoy cooking more now because chopping isn’t a hassle and it’s quick and smooth now!
