[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is insanely sharp and the craftsmanship is unbelievable. The feel of the knife in hand is like an extension of the arm and it slices cleanly through even the toughest vegetables and proteins with ease

This is my new one and it is holding up to expectations wonderfully. Gorgeous knife and sharp enough to scare the new guys.

Every time I use it I’m actually giddy about how smooth of a cut it is. It’s effortlessly smooth and it’s amazing. I would recommend it over and over again.
