Wonderful craftsmanship a beauty too behold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been an admirer of Damascus knives they are functional work of art.
These knives come finally hand honed and are exceptionally sharp. They make food prep of vegies and soft proteins effortless.
They do require extra care than run of the mill cutlery but will last a very long time with proper care.
Looking forward to adding additional knives in the future to my collection.
Did I mention that the birchwood is shape, be extra careful while using this cutlery.
